brake piston retraction tool

There's a little cube with a "selection" of projections on it to fit into
the notches in the rear brake piston so you can turn it with a 3/8" drive
ratchet and extension.  I got mine at a FLAPS.  It's a KD 3163.  You have
to grind off two of the bumps from one of the faces with four projections
to fit the Audi piston.

If you have to put more force on the piston than you can supply by leaning
on the ratchet while turning it in, you probably need to rebuild the
caliper, as Bernie indicated in his response.
