Never done it, but always looking forward to it.  Right now trying to find a
way to reclamp the dist cap to the dist.  Both would be easier if remove the
intake manifold first.

Haven't looked into this yet either, as my spare dist is at the gear works.

Not true, P fluid is not hard on O-rings.  The common Buna N nitrile
material is fine.  Something else is wrong.  Are these cyl head leaks?   If
so, must be well lubed on installation, assuming the right size.

Should mean ID x OD x CS, but numbers don't add up.  ID + 2CS should = OD.
