No big deal.  If correcting a total runout of 10 thou at the rotor OD, the
shims required at the bolt circle are only 2 to 3 thou.  "True" wheels are
not that good relative to the hub.  If one wants to guild the lilly, check
the wheel in all five possible positions and choose the best.
