update on boost problems

Pressure tested the system to 21psi tonight.  Held pressure until the homemade
cap blew off the end.  I take this as a sign that there are no leaks :)

I have a throttle switch on the way and a couple of bets that this will fix the
problem.
This is like a frigging soap opera.
