Boost & Revs

What we're talking about here is a binary kind of thing - on/off boost.
Before, climbing a hill I would cycle between 1.3 and 1.7 on the dash,
now it stays pegged at 1.7 the whole time.

I still feel like the car is a little sluggish in response, ie I see
full boost but don't feel full torque until a few moments later, but
that could be the natural lag of this engine, and me not being used to
it.
