Ah, Grahshoppa, perhaps I misunderstand... what happens when the wiper arm
still wants to go sub-rosa when I turn them on... that is... after I have
turned them off the first part of the sweep is down... will this solve that
problem as well? You will be a man when you can snatch the Tuckerman's from my

My answer is the same.  IF they STOP at the same point every time (1/3 way
up), you have the wiper regulator arm timed wrong... NOT the actual wiper arm.
