Odd Problem #587 (Wipers)

I don't know if this helps Brett out of the tree or not, but the wiper
motor & regulator assembly comes out really easily. Just 3 bolts after
removing the wiper arms and plenum cover. Probably the same assembly for
all type 44s, too...
(Heater box won't really come out with the wiper assembly in place, of
course.)
