Alternator no longer ailing

Rebuild shop returned to me an alternator that looked like it just came off
the line at the manufacturer's except for the shop sticker on it.  Guy even
put stainless nuts on the studs for the wires.

Went on easier than it came off except for the top bolt for the plastic
endcap/air vent.  Fingertips got too cold to feel the little bolt let alone
turn it into the threads.  So I left it out like someone else said.
