Acceleration and hitting a wall

This is what I don't understand. The only thing that drew my attention was
the WOT switch. I _think_ the car hits max boost without WOT. Hmm.

The distributor had been replaced 1,5 years ago, together with the turbo and
all the other stuff (new engine). How would the wires effect the engine
_only_ under full acceleration? How could I test the wires / distributor?
