IA III+ problem

So as per Ned's advice I changed my distributer to the new metal gear one. I also turned it the most clockwise as possible alowing the car to start.

My new questions are:
Why is my Bar display only showing 1.8bar max?
Why is my Check engine still on even after reseting?
Why does my Boost gauge show only 16 17 psi?

The car actually is running very good now but I think its still missing something.

I pulled the codes and I still get 2111 code.

Any advice would be helpfull.
