Sorry for slow response, I have been travelling since Wednesday. I would be
surprised if it is tranny or motor mounts since I did those a couple of
years ago, and these are the guys that did them. They had the drive shaft
out about a year ago to do the center bearing. I will have them recheck
though to make sure it is not the motor or tranny mounts. Thx.

Jerry et al,
Another thing to check before, or in concert with, looking at bushings,
cv's, or the center support bearing is your tranny mounts. I had, I believe
from your description, the same driveshaft rattle in my car; dissapeared
upon changing the tranny mounts. Also changed subframe bushings and
addressed other sundry details at the same time, but I do think those had no
effect.
