I've been putting up with this for 2 something years.  I tried 
repairing it twice working only on general advice and reworked every 
#$%@! joint on the PCB and gave up.  Sure wish I had known about the 
above page.

Oh, Eyvind, make sure your clock is correct.  Mine ran extremely 
slowly any time the highbeams were on.

Excuse me while I go fix my dash and then do a little jig :-)
