blink codes

has anyone any info on how to pull the blink codes to our cars and once i get them will this point me in the right direction as to what my problem is,I'm having problems finding this damn low boost problem(changed bypass valve ,frequency valve,multifunction switch and inspected,but didn't take off any hoses,also has anybody any info on a mechanic i could take it to,if the blink codes are of no help, I'm from  Waterbury,CT I'd be willing to drive any were in state if  i could find out why I'm getting this low boost (1.3 bar sometimes 1.4 )
