3B and AAN oil pan incompatibility

remove pickup.  put windage tray and first gasket in place.  bolt pickup
back on.  juggle second gasket and pan into place, get a couple of bolts
back in and relieve cramped arms before continuing.

in other words, the pickup is mounted *under* the windage tray.

I don't know if that will work on *your* engine, but the n/a 10v's take
to it pretty well.
