Turbo problems and oil pressure

I checked out a few things today, and found the turbo to be *really*
bad. The turbine shaft had about 3 mm axial play, and the hose from
the turbo to the intercooler pipe was extremely oily.
I ordered a new turbo, regular K24, but with a "360 degree ceramic
bearing" or something like that.
But I wonder about one thing: what oil pressure should I have? I have
about 4 bar when driving, but idling with warm engine (oil temperature
70-80 degrees gives me about 1 bar. Seems a bit low. The oil filter is
the "real" filter bought at the dealer, Mobil 1 synthetic oil.
