To turn, or not to turn?

What is the consensus on turning rotors when installing new brake pads? About to
install new Mintex Red (thanks Bernie!) on the 200 (G60's).  In the past I have
always turned rotors when installing new pads, but thinking about it, I wonder
if this is really a good idea. Rotors wear true, right?  I have no grooves or
scoring on my rotors.

Thoughts?
