Go to your Home Depot or whatever you have locally.  What you need is a
waste/drain plug, I believe 3".  It should be a plug that is threaded, and
expanding, with a rubber outer section threaded onto it.  You can then turn
the hard plastic part into the rubber sleeve (expanding it) until it is
exactly the right OD to fit into the boot on the inlet side of the turbo.
Clamp it with the existing clamp, and it should hold fine.  If you have a
compressor, I would suggest using regulated air so you can control the
pressure you're putting into the system, and use a quick disconnect instead
of a shrader (schrader or schreader, you choose) valve.  That frees up your
hands to feel for the leaks!!  Again, if you clamp off your crankcase
breather hose you will avoid pressurizing the whole crankcase.
