euro lights/ecodes - more

Another tidbit.  I ran the h4/h1 E setup on my old company/tow vehicle (85
crown vic wagon -k9), and had the hella vacuum sealed option (I believe it
was 10bx a light) for the halogens.  Basically, vacuum was applied to the
euro, then silicone applied to the rubber boot.  6years without a bulb
replacement.

Not sure if that's still an option, but it sure did work well.
