Shock recommendations?

Hmmm...not sure why you and Taka think this.  Go check the FA.  P/N's for
the front and rear shocks ARE the same for the '90 V8 and '91 200q.  For
'91-on, the V8 does show different p/n's.  FWIW, Koni specs the same
shock/strut inserts for the '91 200q and the V8.  Bilstein does as well,
but you won't find it on their US website--go to the German one.

Greg's site specs the Bilstein Sport (Sprint in Europe) part numbers,
intended for lowered cars.
Other p/n's:
Bilstein HD (Sport in Europe):  front:  P36-0370   rear:  B46-2065
Koni:  front:  86-2149 sport  rear:  80-2630 sport

As Taka notes, tend to the rubber bits.  Depending on mileage and whether
or not previously done, front bushings (sub-frame, control arm, sway-bar)
make a big difference.
