'91 200q20v

I have come across a '91 200q20v sedan
which I am not going to buy, so I will be happy to pass
the information along if anyone is interested.

Pearl/blue with ~150k miles.
Needs a timing belt immediately.
Apparently won't rev beyond 4800 rpm.
It is at an independent dealer in Pittsburgh, PA.
