Stalling problem

Sounds like it could be a dirty throttle body. I chased a similar
problem a few years ago, and now I clean this part at least once a
year. Easy job. Pull the MM hose, undo the vacuum hoses, pull the
intake tube and connecting hose assembly in one piece. The throat and
plate of the throttle is likely gummed up, allowing the throttle to
take an extra gulp on decelleration, flooding the engine.
