Kneale,
    The tube sort of looks like 6A, but more bends in it (as described)
and first short nipple a few inches from the bottom end shown has a
stopper rubber clamped to it.  The metal base with the nipple that the
first short hose attaches to is the same as the picture you referenced.
  It doesn't look like it is a DIY item - the PO had the dealer do all
maintenance and I can't believe the dealer is going to customize this
very complicated, perfect fitting tube. I have had the car for 3 years
so .....?
