When I first became aware of Mobilw 1 in the late 70's, I talked to the
"factory guys" at an auto show. They said they had run several NYC cabs over
100k miles with no oil changes. They also said they figured they couldn't
advertise that so they chose 25k oil changes instead as their slogan then.

BTW, my F250 diesel truck has about 325k on it. But burns too much oil to
use Mobile 1 :-)
