You may want to take care if using 12V for ISV testing. I  recall
reading that the ISV isn't intended to see a full 12 signal from the
ECU, and that a sustained 12V can cause damage. Better to test it
with no more than a 9V battery. Perhaps this is not an issue--can
someone clarify?
