Relays and Euro lights

I have to agree here as well.  Electricity isn't like water in a pipe.  It
isn't just going to flow out everywhere.
The 200 amps doesn't mean anything since it isn't flowing through the
relays.  Now if the headlights were on and  the voltage were to spike up
high you could blow out the bulbs.  Except that I think the load reduction
relay shuts off the headlights during starting.
