Power Steering Noise

Just bought my first 200TQ, it has 160k miles so I've
been going over the car, replacing bushings, belts,
hoses, sensors, etc.  Anyhow, the power steering
growels under load and makes a slight ticking sound as
the wheel turns.  So far I have discovered that I need
a new bomb, and the hose that runs from the pump to
the bomb (J-hose?) is leaking.  I guess my question
really is...will the replacement of these two items
cure the noise or will I need a new pump or rack as
well?
