Also seems the driver side washer jet is shot - sources


By shot do you mean clogged, you should try a thin pin to unclog it, or you
could try taking it off and dissolving the obstruction or blow it out
backwards.  I havent fooled with mine but many washer nozzles are aimed with
a pin to move the nozzle into position.
