grill spoiler link redux

If you open the photo in photoshop or equiv. and lighten it up you can see a
black spoiler extension at the bottom of the bumper.

That car is strange.  It does not have the sidemarker lights in the fender
behind the wheel, but it appears to have some sort of light in the side of
the bumper, or is that a scuff?.
The hood is from a non-turbo and the doorhandles are painted the color of
the car, which obviously was not a factory color for a type44.
