oil in michelin man hose

   Listers;
  I cleaned my air filter, looked at sparkplugs and found #5 with oil on the
bottom of the plug, tip still clean. The mm hose had about 1/8 cup of oil
coating it. I have not noticed any blue smoke and oil consumption is
normal(1/2 qt. 4,000 miles). The car has 190,000 miles and chipped a good
part of those miles.
   When turbo seals fail' what are the symptoms and what is the recommmended
action?
