Yes, it ought to be fairly obvious once you're in there.  Some screws
hold the board to the assembly. Early versions of the Bose rear
speaker didn't have the amp-board connector plug. Hopefully the
replacement speaker you get is a later version with the connector
plug (rather than wires directly soldered to the amp board) otherwise
I'd assume you'll need to cut its wires and patch in the plug from
your old speaker.
