Bump Starting

I don't think there is such a relay on our (VW-Audi) cars. The ignition
switch is designed to only allow one start actuation per off->run cycle
(it's spring-loaded). If you can turn off the ignition and turn the key
back to start before the engine stops, or not quite release the key all the
way in the run position and hit start again, I think you could get some
expensive-sounding grinding noises.
