The above summary is one of the best I've seen in this age-old
topic(To S or not to S.)

My only 2 cents here would be that chances are you're likely to love
whatever you end up with; decide on your budget, and go from there.
Both are extremely capable, fun cars, and if you pay extra for the
S-car, you get what you paid for, but you will not be disappointed in
a 200q20v.
