7A exhaust cam

Listers,
Does anyone have any experience with a 7A exhaust as an upgrade.  I have not
seen any information on expected gains.  Also is anything lost in the
effort?  Would one have to alter (I should say have altered) any of the
software etc... My application would likely be a stock turbo, possibly IA
chip.
