'96 S6 Avant - Stock at 98k

I have the opportunity to buy a '96 S6 Avant in 9.5/10 shape inside and
outside for $18,750. 98k miles.

Brake job, timing belt at 70k miles. One female owner. Dealer maintained.
Totally stock. Never chipped. Everything works. Drives great.

I just would like to get feedback on the price. Is it on target, a good deal
or too high?
