Bose recall ?

Anyone experience the snap-crackle-pop from the front
speakers? I'm arranging to get my recall performed and
am wondering if anyone else has had 'the problem' with
front speakers.

Any tips on having the recall performed?

Please respond directlty - I am not receiving the
