Slight tire rubbing

I recently purchased some OZ Superlegs with 225 /45 ZR 17s.  My 200 TQA
is lowered (H&Rs and Boge Turbo Gas) and I'm getting just the slightest
tire rubbing when I turn and hit a mild bump at the same time.  Any ideas?
I know an MB friend who, when faced with a similar problem, used
different spring pads (aka bump pads).  Does Audi use spring pads?   Any
other ideas?
