Sounds like the infamous wheel liner problem- those wheels should fit
no problem as long as you've got the right offset(35 to 37 fits,
though 37 really should have a spacer.)  As Taka points out, he's got
steamrollers compared to you and they fit.

If it only happens when turning in one direction, check the outside
corner for that direction and look up inside right near the
fender...chances are the liner has folded over or bulged out.

Everyone says it can be fixed, at least on a temporary basis, using a
hair drier or heat gun to soften the plastic enough to shove it back
into (proper) shape.
