I'm not expert, really pure speculation on my part, I apologize
if I'm totally wrong, but now that I've thought about it some more,
the other thing is, with a huge turbo, the turbo is less overworked
and thus produces less heat, thus cooler intake temps, less problems
that need to be adjusted for via ignition timing.

That said, I don't think it is wise to run more than 22psi in a 3B with
stock ignition system.
