Water Temperature vs. Oil Temperature

Hi,

last night during some high speed driving (WOT for 10 minutes) on the empty Autobahn,
I found out, that, while the water temperature was barely rising at all, (staying in
the part where there are many small lines), the oil temperature rocket over the 130
(Celsius) mark. I backed down a little, to make sure not to crash another engine.

Is this normal behaviour? It was fairly cool outside (nice for the turbo), and I was
very disturbed to see these high temps.

Any comment is greatly appreciated.
