Hydraulic hose replacement questions

I assumed they were expecting the metal tube to come off and have
its banjo replace (at the pump).  The skinny black tube gets stuffed
up the metal pipe w/ the brass collar nearer the tube opening.

Search your 200q20v folder or the archive for a recent award-winning
suggestion of how to glue a washer onto the rack banjo bolt for easier
installation.
