URL, ...)?  Fixed price or hourly rate?

Midwest Electronics ( http://www.midwest-usa.com )
in the Chicago area does the Blaupunkt rebuilds for
the dealers and will do so for individuals.  ' rate is
fixed and a little less than dealer exchange but with
only a 90 day warranty (vs. dealer's 1 year).
