Igor,
Your modified camber plate moves the upper strut mounting in the direction
of more positive (or negative, if so positioned) camber by 4mm, 5/32" which
is all that is possible without the spring perch interfering with the strut
tower.
My comment is that I don't believe that the effort involved in incorporating
your mod on the camber plates is worth the effort. I have, in a much easier
fashion, accomplished your result by dropping the strut from the tower a few
inches and elongating the camber plate mounting holes in the tower by the
4mm. and adding larger dia. washers under the nuts.
