No, nothing new, it just happens that I'm about to put the third coolant
reservoir into my car in the past year (cracked in the same spot on each --
just below the upper coolant line. And yes, I did replace the cap (after
the first one). This may also explain the extra oil getting into the intake
system by way of the EGR system. So how much time can expect this job to
take me? Obviously, I'll be replacing the water pump and timing belt while
I'm at it, plus the turbo side engine mount. Should I pick up a few extra
exhaust studs while I'm at it?
Any suggestions welcome (but, no, I can't afford any RS2 upgrades right
now).
Yeah, I'm still driving it (but with a lighter right foot). BTW, I haven't
noticed the oil contaminated by coolant or coolant contaminated with oil.
