Just a quick note (for the ocularly challenged). I just went to pick a
couple of these up, since mine was temperamental (cracked). It's the one
designed to prevent the wiring harness from being melted in the event the
radiator motor were to seize up. The parts guy gives me them and I look and
it's stamped "50 AMP." I tell him, no, I need the 80 AMP N017 125 3 ones
(which I subsequently received). So be sure you check that you got the
right one (same size, different rating).
BTW, I wired in a weatherproof blade fuse holder as a temporary fix with a
30 AMP fuse. This has worked fine for the past few days on speeds 1 and 2,
but surely would blow if I would have had stage 3 come on. $1.63 ea. I
also got a new expansion tank, but may hold off on installation until I get
replace the cyl head gasket.
