Alan:  Swap Airflow sensors then disconnect battery to see if its some memory
thing and reconnect after a few minutes and run check (your test) again.
Wire in airflow sensor gummed up with oil? K&N filter?  Leak in air tube to
air flow sensor? Wire continuity from MAFS to ecu?  Just ideas.
