Post track brake questions

I did my first Audi club driver training and track event this past weekend.
It went very well, but now I have a couple of brake questions/concerns.
About a month before I did the following (I have the G60 calipers):
installed new Hawk HPS pads and followed the specified bed in procedure,
changed the brake lines to braided stainless steel (the old ones were
starting to crack), and did a full bleed of the brake fluid changing to the
ATE Superblue. The braking felt good as did the peddle feel.
Now:
1. My front rotors have grooves in them, along with some brake pad material.
The pad material seems to be coming off (I've only driven my car a couple of
hours since the event). Should I be concerned about the grooving?
2. My brake peddle feels very mushy. It felt very solid before hand, but
throughout the day became mushier and mushier. The braking still feels fine,
and I still stop like normal. Do I need to do another full bleed of the
brake fluid?
I'm extremely happy that I went to the event. I learned so much about how my
car handles, as well as whole lot of things for how to be a better driver in
my every day driving situations. Also it was great to ride in a couple of
other 200s, thanks Linus and Pete. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't
been to one of these events to go, especially for the driving improvement
skills day.
