Timing Belt tools and advice

Anyone have the timing belt change tools they would be willing to lend out?
Alan Cordeiro and I are gearing up for timing belt changes on our 200q20v's
and Zelinda Tools are out of stock.  I'd like to do it next weekend, so the
sooner the better.  Also, is it accepted that one must change the crank and
/or cam seal when doing this operation?
