Delisting bad parts vendors on list

How about having Dan, Mark Chang or someone with page writing savy adding a
"comments field" at each vendors listing?
That way true feedback and hopefully solutions to past complaints and bad
service would be resolved or affect future sales to the Q lists.
Just a thought
