(OK check system,scrambled)

My OK display was also showing lines with no clear pictures. Seemed to be
worse in the summer.

I used contact enhancing liquid drops which are available at the dealer. I
have the part number and product name at home, so I will post that info for
you tomorrow. I remember it was roughly $40 for a small bottle.

I removed the IC and skeptically applied a drop of the contact enhancer to
the connections at the display and reinstalled . It has worked great ever
since.

Perhaps someone in your area has a bottle (less 2 drops) in their garage
like I do, and will donate few drops?
Something tells me you're not in my neck of the woods.

About that OK check system you mentioned in your e-mail. I think I've heard
about fixing it before. Could you provide me with some info on it. My OK

system just shows a bunch of lines most of the time and no clear pictures.

this be fixed? Also the oil light just goes on for no reason, but that might
be a bad sensor. Anyways, let me know where I can get info on fixing this
thing.

Also, a lot of times the mechanic is too lazy or dumb to keep up with

simple repairs. Like the jumping speedometer and OK check system which
is an easy fix with soldering. Oh you need a new cluster for $2,000.00
