Our most recent (tornado) car came with a new-ish set of Comp TA HR-4
tires (what's the -2 mean?). I was skeptical about keeping them on
(at first) but they've proven to be an adequate-handling, moderately
quiet and soft-riding tire in all-around use. My son drove on them at
Watkins Glen in July and he claimed they were "alright" but not
nearly up to the quiet grip we get from our Firehawk Z50es tires
mounted on the other car. Apples and oranges, though.
